Constructed with fiberglass boat hull, Ford Explorer automotive chassis, aluminum railing, vinyl upholstery, and automotive steering components. Appears to be designed as a functional land vehicle with boat aesthetics rather than an amphibious vessel.

Condition notes:

Missing rear axle, extensive upholstery deterioration throughout with exposed foam cushioning, torn steering wheel cover, weathered windshield and gaskets. Vehicle has been stored outdoors for extended period. Engine appears complete but shows significant environmental exposure and corrosion. Wiring harness exhibits weather damage. Mechanical condition unknown but reportedly "run and drove at one point."
