Dressed in a blue and white striped scarf and red coat with white trim detail. Decorative elements include a candy cane, miniature Christmas tree, and wrapped presents at the base set against a black gift bag with gold bow detail.

The piece features internal illumination capability with a battery compartment visible on reverse side for convenient lighting. Construction shows the classic blow mold manufacturing process with uniform plastic walls and vibrant hand-painted details throughout.
