This lot features two complete American Historic Society coin sets from the early-to-mid 20th century, presented in acrylic display cases with original certificates of authenticity and packaging. Each set contains genuine U.S. coinage with historical significance, including multiple 90% silver coins. 

The Americana Series comprises two distinct collections: "Yesteryear Collection" and "Vanishing Classics Collection." Both sets include five coins each featuring iconic American designs by U.S. Mint engravers.

The Yesteryear Collection contains:

• Indian Head Penny (circa 1859-1909)

• Liberty Nickel (1902 visible date)

• Barber Half Dollar (1903 visible date, 90% silver)

• Barber Dime (circa 1892-1916, 90% silver)

• Barber Quarter (1899 visible date, 90% silver)

The Vanishing Classics Collection contains:

• 1943 Steel Penny (WWII emergency issue)

• Buffalo Nickel (circa 1913-1938)

• Walking Liberty Half Dollar (1943 visible date, 90% silver)

• Standing Liberty Quarter (circa 1916-1930, 90% silver)

• Mercury Dime (circa 1916-1945, 90% silver)

Each collection is housed in clear acrylic protective cases with blue display backgrounds and includes an American Historic Society Certificate of Authenticity stating all coins are at least 75 years old. Original protective packaging with the American Historic Society eagle logo is included.

Condition Notes:

All coins display moderate to heavy circulation wear consistent with their age. Toning and patina present throughout, particularly on silver coins. The Yesteryear coins generally show heavier wear than the Vanishing Classics set. Case for Yesteryear Collection shows minor surface scratches on acrylic. Certificates of authenticity show mild aging but remain legible and intact. Original packaging shows light edge wear and minor discoloration.
