Shabby Chic 1930s Buffet Cabinet. Solid oak construction with distinctive two-tone mint green and cream painted finish. This Art Deco period buffet (circa 1930s) was manufactured by the respected Chittenden & Eastman Company of Burlington, Iowa, as evidenced by the original "Square Brand" label and factory stamp "NO. 3556. CRED. BUFF." The piece features elegant reeded column details flanking three upper drawers and three lower cabinet doors with decorative carved lyre motifs.

The cabinet showcases quality craftsmanship with dovetail joinery on all drawers, solid wood construction throughout including the interior shelving.. The intentionally distressed painted finish creates a popular shabby chic aesthetic while preserving the piece's structural integrity and Art Deco styling. Interior features original natural wood finish with adjustable shelving in the side cabinets and a single fixed shelf in the center compartment.

Condition Notes:

Deliberately distressed two-tone painted finish with intentional wear patterns. One of the pulls is currently off. Doors and drawers operate smoothly with no sticking. Interior wood surfaces show typical age-related wear but remain clean and functional. No structural damage or repairs noted. Cabinet maintains excellent stability with no wobbling.
