LOT 246d - Pair of Art Deco Torchiere Lamps c. 1930s
Description

Matching pair of black-painted metal torchiere-style table lamps featuring flared bases, sculptural orb accents, and frosted ribbed glass shades marked “ADVANCE G.L. No. 955.” These lamps reflect Art Deco influences with their stylized floral collars and vertical emphasis, likely produced circa 1930s–1940s. The glass shades have a stepped and stippled design common to early 20th-century industrial and architectural lighting.


Condition notes: Surface wear, chipping to base paint, and minor corrosion to hardware. Cords appear original and untested. One cord has damage. Refer to the pictures and in-person inspection for condition.
