Solid cherry wood presentation case houses the complete collection of 56 unique State Quarters representing all 50 states plus the District of Columbia and U.S. territories. Each quarter is individually housed in a protective clear capsule within custom-fitted black velvet interior compartments, creating an organized display of this popular modern commemorative series. The State Quarter Program ran from 1999-2008, releasing five new designs annually in order of statehood, followed by the District of Columbia and U.S. Territories quarters in 2009. Each quarter features unique reverse designs celebrating the history, traditions, and symbols of each state and territory, while maintaining the standard Washington obverse design. The wooden case features brass hinges and clasp hardware for secure closure and elegant presentation. Interior organization allows each of the 56 quarters to be clearly viewed and accessed while maintaining proper numismatic storage conditions. This represents one of the most successful coin collecting programs in U.S. Mint history, encouraging widespread public participation in numismatics. Condition Notes: Wooden case shows minor surface wear and light scratches consistent with handling and storage. Brass hardware remains functional with secure closure mechanism. Black velvet interior appears clean with minimal compression from coin storage. All 56 quarter positions appear filled with coins in protective capsules. Several capsules show minor cloudiness but coins remain well-protected. Some quarters appear to be uncirculated condition while others show light circulation wear. Refer to the pictures and in person inspection for condition.
