CONDITION:

Tested working. Motor runs properly. Missing some adjustment knobs. Spring mechanism appears to be missing or non-functional. Shows moderate to heavy use wear with surface scuffing, paint wear, and dust accumulation. Aluminum base has surface oxidation and tool marks. Blade shows use wear. All present adjustments functional. Electrical cord intact. Refer to the pictures and in person inspection for condition.
